Customers can select products and their colors. Depending on the product, there may be special offers or bundles available. Customers can either add products to the cart or proceed directly to checkout.

2. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders via DHL within Germany. The processing time for orders is typically 24-48 hours on weekdays; delays may occur on weekends and holidays. Delivery takes approximately 4-8 business days.

3. Return and Refund Policy

If the customer is dissatisfied with the product, they can contact us. We will address the issue and work with the customer to find a solution. Refunds or returns are accepted only in cases of production or shipping errors. We do not accept returns for self-inflicted damages or other customer errors.

4. Liability

We are not liable for any damages or issues caused by improper handling, use, or care of the products by the customer. Any liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
